The War on Drugs on Letterman

Bet you saw this post coming.  The Philly band played a great version of ‘Come to City’ off of their 2011 LP Slave Ambient with some help from Charlie Hall again, and Paul Shaffer on the piano.

So it sounds like at the end David thinks they’re called Slave Ambient?  But besides that, Adam is wearing something other than jeans and a t-shirt, and actually looks up from his guitar and at the crowd for a moment.  Momentous stuff happening here!
